CID NET Software value the opinions of the people who use our software day to day and enjoy and rely on the suggestions of our valued customers! Because we take pride in our relationships with our customers we are the first to envoke the Upgrades by Suggestions policy with our Environmental Health software!

What is Upgrades by Suggestions? Should you have an idea that you would like to see implemented within our software please e-mail us your idea. We take that idea and talk to our customers to see if this is an option that everyone would really like to have. If the idea is liked and usable by the majority and can be implemented into the software we do so and provide the changed upgrade for FREE to our customers when we release our next upgrade.

Can you re-create the version 1 Food System Monthly Scheduler feature and apply it into the Version 2 Food System?

This was implemented and gave our customers two options for tracking inspection schedules.

Can we create our own food inspection types for processing Food Inspections?

This recent update was implemented and now gives users the ability to create their own different types of inspections through our table maintenance program.

Can we have a way to add a manager to our establishment record from the inspection page?

This recent update was implemented and gives users the ability to add a manager directly into the inspection processing page.

Can we have the ability to assign whether or not a manager is still active?

This recent update was implemented and gives users the ability to maintain whether or not a manager is active and the appropriate date for the status.
